YE421 Electromagnetic Emergency Shut-off Valve

Product Introduction:

1.Application: Ammonia Emergency Shut-Off Valve is mainly used for the inlet and outlet of Ammonia.Liquid Ammonia or Weakly Corrosive medium storage tank and pipe. As Safety Valve of control emergency shut-off medium flow, and can be achieved remote control open and close. When open, only need to click the bottom and other things can be automatically completion during 1 to 7 seconds. Set emergency bottom to ensure the system safety operation, if extra installed a remote signal feedback system, it can be directly learned from remote control.emergency shut-off valve, Plunger Valve, Pressure Gauge Valve, Pressure Reducing Valve.


2.Performance: Ammonia emergency shut-off valve mainly including: electromagnetic movement, pneumatic and hydraulic cutting off. In generally, electromagnetic cutoff is mostly used. Shut-off vale have two model is widely to use: often close type and often open type, when selection of installation and application , should be paid more attention to ensure the safety of the pipeline operation.

3.It is controled by Air supply (0.4-0.7MPa) and electromagnetic valve. When select, need meet gas source 0.4-0.7MPa. The electromagnetic valve access power has 220V, 24V.

4.Liquid ammonia emergency shutoff valve is a normally closed structure, adapted high intake and low output structure and the hand oil pump. By handing oil pump reach reciprocating action, let the pressure increases to open the emergency shut-off valve, and the medium can be passed through. In case of fire or other emergency, the pressure relief valve of the hand oil pump is opened and the system is quickly relieved, so that the device can be closed in time.

5.Pneumatic ammonia emergency shut-off valve adapted pneumatic device makes the cylinder to make the fusible alloy melt automatic pressure relief and high temperature ≥75 ℃ to achieve the emergency shutdown valve and stop leakage. About the material, it can choose 2Crl3, LCB, 304 , according to the working condition, the pressure can choose 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa.
